Normally I used to take the Omega-3 whose dosage I had to take 3 capsules a day and it was heavier. However, taking the ultra-Omega-3 allows me to take the same amount in a single dose, which is more convenient and lasts longer in the long run. The effects are good although I can't say concretely how it has improved. Knowing that its effect is to improve cardiovascular health is great.
