Excellent quality/price ratio
I like the chocolate flavor better than vanilla but it is very good and soluble anyway. For definition phases it's great, because it leaves you fuller than whey and you can go longer without eating.

Good protein in case you are vegan. Somewhat thicker and worse texture than animal proteins, but in any case it fulfills its function well. Especially recommended for people who are intolerant or should not consume soy products. Be careful with the amino acid profile, it is not complete, with vegetable origin only soy has a complete protein profile. Complete the amino acid profile with other foods in case you are vegan.
Buena proteína en caso de que seas vegano. Algo más espesa y peor textura que las proteínas de origen animal, pero en cualquier caso cumple bien su función. Especialmente recomendable para personas que sean intolerantes o no deban consumir productos derivados de la soja. Ojo al perfil de aminoácidos, no es completo, con origen vegetal solamente la soja tiene un perfil completo de proteínas. Completa el perfil de aminoácidos con otros alimentos en caso de que seas vegano.
