Good protein poor solubility
The protein is very good but it is almost hydrophobic. You pour water in it and it's as if it were plastic, it's very difficult to mix it well. The flavor I use is strawberry and it doesn't convince me. I use it as a complement to the main protein which is beef.

Very good flavor
Coffee Frappé flavor. After trying vanilla and chocolate for a long time I decided to try the Café Frappé. The flavor is very successful and has bits of coffee. And even taking it in the afternoon-even at night does not make me sleepy at all. And after mid-afternoon I can't take caffeine because it prevents me from sleeping. But with this protein it doesn't happen to me.

I really like the taste, it's not very sweet, so it doesn't give the sensation of being too cloying. I mix it with rice protein to complete the protein profile.

I have tried both the chocolate flavor and the coffee frappé. I ordered samples because I had read reviews from other customers who didn't like the taste of the pea protein. I have to say that I found them both to taste good. The chocolate one could be improved but it is good and the frappé coffee one was delicious. I will definitely repeat, this time with the large format.

Good protein
If you consume vegetable protein and want to vary and not always take soy, this is a good choice. The taste is very good, sweet without being cloying. And it has a slightly better amino acid profile than soy. Personally I prefer the soy, because once dissolved the texture is less sandy in the mouth. But come on, you can drink it easily if you get used to it. It is not a major problem.
