The best protein
For me the best because it has hardly any fat, it feels good, it satiates me and I notice better recoveries after days of training or a lot of wear and tear at work. It also has no better taste. It dilutes quite well for shakes

The best alternative to liquid egg white
Perfect for use in pancakes. They last for months when opened and avoid the waste of large bottles of liquid egg white.

It is good and easy to dissolve. Neutral flavor I take it mixed with flavored protein to drink or to make pancakes with flavored flour oatmeal.

I am not convinced
I bought it to replace the liquid egg whites with which I make my breakfast cake. Impossible to find the texture that the egg whites used to give me, they turn out like a churro. I have tried with different amounts of water and no way. I don't recommend them for omelets either because they come out with a texture like a bath sponge. I will finish the 2 kg package but I will not repeat.

Does not disappoint
I had my doubts about how it would turn out, but you can hardly notice the difference with normal yolks in terms of flavor and texture. The only noticeable difference is that (obviously) it is more difficult to dissolve the mixture, having to spend more time beating everything.
