I had to do several tests until I found the exact right amount of water and powder... but the truth is that they solved the missing protein intake in a very short time, without having to be the typical shake. I prepared the omelet in the microwave, with much less liquid than indicated on the package.
Me aficioné a tomarlo para cenar, en forma de tortilla. Tuve que hacer varias pruebas hasta encontrar el punto exacto de agua y polvo... pero la verdad es que me resolvían el aporte de proteína faltante en muy poco tiempo, sin que tuviese que ser el batido típico. I use egg whites almost every day. The fact that I don't have to refrigerate them makes it much easier for me to use them, because I don't have to keep an eye on the expiration date and they don't take up space in the fridge. I discovered them not long ago and without a doubt I will never take them liquid again. However, I only use them in cakes/cupcakes, I don't think they are the most suitable for grilling.
Consumo claras de huevo casi a diario. El hecho de no tener que refrigerarlas, me facilita mucho su uso, porque no hay que estar pendiente de fecha de caducidad y no quita espacio en la nevera. Las descubrí hace no mucho y sin duda no volveré a cogerlas líquidas. Eso si, las utilizo solamente en bizcochos/tortitas, no creo que para hacerlas a la plancha sean las más indicadas.
