An incredible discovery

I think this is one of the most interesting products in this store. It gives you the opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of egg whites without having to worry about them going bad. You simply add a little water and they are reconstituted. They can be used for baking or for savory dishes such as omelets or dough. They whip easily to stiff peaks.

Very good option

This alternative to liquid egg whites is great. With just a little water and a couple of normal eggs you can reconstitute what you need to make any kind of omelet as if you were using only egg whites. The texture is great.

Better than whey

It is the first time I consume this protein and I love it. I bought it mainly to replace the whey and leave dairy completely (dermatitis ...) and I must say that I was surprised by its taste. I thought it would taste bad or too much egg and was afraid to try it as a shake for training. well what a surprise its taste is neutral. The first day I did feel strange because of the idea of "taking" egg, but then, mixed with erythritol and some cinnamon and instant coffee... mmmm delicious. 100% recommended. Don't be afraid

Fully complies

Perfect in my case for cooking. In general I use it for pancakes combined with whole eggs and it's great. I usually beat it with a mixer, it is well integrated and does not form lumps.

Fantastic

I recommend to all those who want to include more eggs in their daily diet, without having to use the yolks. They yield a lot, dissolve quite well and after cooking, no difference is noticed compared to the "fresh" ones. Recommended.

Discovery

I was tired of throwing away liquid egg whites because they had been open for 5 days, now with these I don't throw anything away and they are very comfortable and very successful, the macros are very good.

Good option with long expiration date

In other places I have found dehydrated egg whites but always with flavorings. I preferred the neutral flavor to be able to mix and cook. They do not spoil as they do with the liquid ones and their dissolution is quite good. I will repeat the purchase.
