Excellent product but expensive
Egg white powder is a must-have in the kitchen, for both sweet and savory recipes, and is very easy to use. The product is expensive, but of very good quality, and the powder dissolves well. I used to buy a neutral sachet, and another vanilla-flavored one, but unfortunately the vanilla-flavored powders have been out of stock for a few months now.
