I mix 40 g of egg white protein with 265 ml of water in a salad bowl and I cook 4 mn 30 in the microwave. After cooking, I add two organic egg yolks and 20 g of almond powder. It is perfect for a protein breakfast with healthy fats. It is also very practical to make pancakes by mixing it with oat flour. For a better assimilation of proteins, I advise to consume it cooked. Je mélange 40 g de protéine de blanc d'oeuf avec 265 ml d'eau dans un saladier et je cuis 4 mn 30 au micro onde.
Après cuisson je rajoute deux jaunes d'oeuf bio et 20 g de poudre d'amande, c'est parfait pour un petit déjeuner protéiné avec des graisses saines.
C'est aussi très pratique pour faire des pancakes ou des crêpes en la mélangeant avec de la farine d'avoine.
Pour un meilleure assimilation des protéines, je conseille de la consommer cuite.
