I have just started taking it so I cannot yet comment on the efficacy; the use of herbs takes a long time to observe the benefits. I ordered two bottles, one for my mother for her osteoarthritis and one for my father for his prostate. They are easy to take and so far although they have not seen results, at home we always trust HSN products.
