The flavor I chose is black currant, I did not like it very much, it is very sweet, what I do is add more water.

Escogí éste producto por no contener cafeína por migrañas y me funciona genial, da la energía necesaria para llevar el entreno perfectamente, llevo una semana usándolo estoy muy contenta con el resultado.
El sabor que escogí es el de grosella negra, no me ha gustado mucho, es muy dulce, lo que hago es añadirle más agua.

If you want to feel a little boost of energy to train without caffeine, this is your option. I don't notice anything in performance but it does produce that feeling of energy and motivation. The tastiest is undoubtedly the fruit punch, although it is a bit sweet.
