Ideal
As a practitioner of endurance sports, I find the product ideal. It delays fatigue a lot, but a lot. I take it in serious workouts such as FTP tests or series and it shows. It is true that sometimes I add an extra citrulline, as the amount it provides falls short, or I mix it with Evopump, but only for serious training or competitions. If it had Nitrates it would be TOP.
Como practicante de deportes de resistencia el producto me parece ideal. Retrasa mucho la fatiga, pero mucho. Lo tomo en entrenos serios como test de FTP o series y se nota. Es cierto que en ocasiones lo añado un extra de citrulina, ya que la cantidad que aporta se queda corta, o bien lo mezclo con Evopump, pero solo para entrenos serios o competiciones. Si tuviera Nitratos ya sería TOP.
