Basic purchase

I have tried several melatonins, and most of them have the problem that they make me sleepy quickly, but I always end up waking up in the middle of the night, possibly because the concentration of melatonin in my blood drops, if they are not time-released. With this one I have solved this problem completely, I don't wake up for 7 or 8 hours straight.

So far I have no complaints, it is quite the opposite, I find the format amazing. Chewable, good taste, works very well. I take two a day before going to sleep and the truth is that I am very happy. I am looking forward to seeing the long term results. So far so good.

Melatonin equals melatonin

The presentation with Melotime4.2mg added may lead you to think that it contains more melatonin than MELATONIN 1.9mg, which I had previously tested. However both contain 1.9mg of melatonin. After testing them I see no difference that would justify paying considerably more. I ordered it for the promotional price, just to try it out, but I could still use the more affordable basic.

La presentación que lleva agregado 'Melotime4.2mg' puede llevar a pensar que contiene más melatonina que la 'MELATONINA 1,9mg', que ya había probado anteriormente. Sin embargo ambos contienen 1.9mg de melatonina. Después de probarlas no veo diferencia que justificara pagar considerablemente más. Lo he pedido por el precio promocional, para probar, pero igual me sirve el básico más accesible.
