It is effective with proper sleep habits, but the concentration it indicates is doubtful since it has only 1.9mg.

Low effectiveness

The truth is that I have not noticed anything and I have taken them for a month at night and nothing at all, I guess it is a small dose, the flavor is very rich strawberry cream, rich chewy.

La verdad no he notado nada y las he tomado durante un mes por la noche y nada de nada, supongo que es poca dosis, el sabor muy rico a nata fresa, masticables ricas.

Effective

Effective from the first dose. I notice that I do not wake up all night and I get a fairly deep and restful sleep (without generating dependence). Highly recommended. Good digestion and taste. I will repeat.

Good taste and effect

I didn't have them all with their flavor but it is very successful. They are also very effective, I was used to regular pills and these are just as effective or even more effective.

No las tenia todas con su sabor pero es muy acertado. Ademas son muy efectivas, estaba acostumbrado a las pastillas normales y estas son igual o incluso más efectivas.
