The truth is that I do notice a greater and better effect compared to the white supermarket brand, besides the fact that they are cheaper. I will continue to buy them.

I take melatonin daily (would I sleep the same without it? I don't know. Why risk it?). I find this format much more pleasant than the boring capsules.

It works

It works well, I take it and have no trouble sleeping. The only thing I don't like anymore is taking sweeteners every day with the pill, so I have switched to a version without sweeteners.
