Works and tastes good

They taste very good and they also work to make you sleep more soundly and restfully, I usually take them with tryptophan.

Effective

Many times it may seem that it is a placebo effect, but in my case it has worked most of the times I have taken it, especially on the days I have had more work during the day. Highly recommended.

Helps me fall asleep
