It's good and it works
The taste is good and it can be eaten quickly. It does its job but if you suffer from insomnia or whatever that night you will not be able to sleep anyway, this melatonin does not work miracles.
El sabor está bueno y se come rápido. Hace su función pero si sufres de insomnio o por lo que sea esa noche no vas a poder dormir igualmente, esta melatonina no hace milagros.

Sequential release melatonin
Sequential release melatonin, strawberry and cream flavor. In my particular case, it has had no effect. I always wake up many times during the night and I wanted to try this type of melatonin, but it didn't make any difference. They taste good.
Melatonina de liberación secuencial, sabor fresa y nata. En mi caso en concreto, no me ha echo efecto. Siempre me despierto muchas veces durante la noche y quería probar con este tipo de melatonina, pero no ha habido ninguna diferencia.
De sabor están ricas.

The pills are very good, I thought they were gummies, not chewable like any other pill, I must have considerable insomnia because I keep waking up many times at night and getting up early.
