Definitely the solution to my insomnia. I've never had trouble falling asleep again and I don't wake up several times during the night. I recommend it. Very pleasant taste.

It's good and it works

The taste is good and it can be eaten quickly. It does its job but if you suffer from insomnia or whatever that night you will not be able to sleep anyway, this melatonin does not work miracles.
