Quite satisfied
I was buying some that the doctor sent me that cost me 10 euros at the pharmacy. These do exactly the same thing and they are also edible and very good. I recommend them 100%.

For me it is the best
I usually have sleep problems, and this melatonin is the one that helps me the most. I usually take it when I can't fall asleep and within half an hour I'm usually asleep and it helps me not to wake up. It also allows you to dose it, you can take a whole one, or split it, chew it, leave it chewed under the tongue for quick absorption, or swallow it whole to be more dosed.
Suelo tener problemas de sueño, y ésta melatonina es la que más me ayuda.
Me la tomo normalmente cuando no consigo conciliar el sueño y a la media hora suelo estar dormido y me ayuda a no despertarme.
Además permite dosificarla, puedes tomarte una entera, o partirla, masticarla, dejarla masticada debajo de la lengua para una rápida absorción, o tragarla entera para que sea más dosificada.

The strawberry-cream flavor is incredibly good, it smells super good. Every night I take it to sleep, it makes you sleepy little by little and helps you rest much more than without taking them.

Well
I bought it because it was on sale, and I take it sometimes when I have trouble sleeping more. I like the strawberry flavor and that it is chewable, different from the typical pills. When I run out I will order others again as they are great value for money. They are worth it.
Lo compré porque estaba de oferta, y lo tomo a veces cuando me cuesta dormir más. Me gusta el sabor de fresa y que sea masticable, diferente a las típicas pastillas. Cuando se me acaben volveré a pedir otras ya que en cuanto a calidad-precio son geniales. Valen la pena.
