Very effective
A very effective melatonin. With others I wake up at night and it takes me a lot to get back to sleep but with this one I do not wake up all night. Strawberry flavor.

I've tried a lot of sleep aids but only this one has proved effective! I wake up in the middle of the night and fall back asleep in no time. It's really good and the taste is super pleasant. I recommend it!

I have tried several melatonins in HSN, and this sequential release one has much more effect than the quick release ones, at the same amount of mg of melatonin.
