No effect
When I take it, it has no effect and it doesn't matter if I take 1, 2 or 3 pills because I still wake up in the middle of the night and wake up the next day even worse.
Cuando me la tomo no me hace efecto y da igual que me tome 1, 2 o 3 pastillas porque me sigo desvelando a media noche y me despierto al día siguiente aún peor.

I have bought it twice, it has worked very well for me.
The taste is neutral, the smell is intense like natural plants, but disappears once you ingest it, I would definitely recommend the product, I took it for lowered defenses and fatigue, exhaustion due to stress and it has been great.
El sabor es neutro, el olor es intenso como a plantas naturales, pero desaparece una vez lo ingieres, recomendaría sin lugar a dudas el producto, lo tomé por bajada de defensas y cansancio, agotamiento por estrés y me ha ido fenomenal.

It has its pluses and minuses.
Subjectively I can say that when I take it the next day I feel a little less tired or better rested. I also notice that some days when I take it I wake up earlier than I would like, something that does not usually happen to me. I wish they would not add sweeteners to this and other products.
Subjetivamente puedo decir que cuando la tomo al día siguiente me siento algo menos cansado o mejor descansado. También aprecio que algunos días cuando me la tomo me despierto antes de lo deseado, algo que no me suele ocurrir. Me gustaría que no añadieran edulcorantes a este y otros productos.
