Excellent melatonin

The supplement comes in perfect condition. It is more interesting than conventional melatonin since being sequential release does not produce that peak of sleep after taking it and then goes away but keeps the reconciliation of sleep for longer. I totally recommend it.

El suplemento viene en perfecto estado. Es más interesante que la melatonina convencional ya que al ser de liberación secuencial no se produce ese pico de sueño tras tomarla y después se va sino que se mantiene la conciliación del sueño durante más tiempo. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Efficient

I take them for shift changes at work and it is noticeable, before I took normal melatonin but the effect lasted less and woke me up in the middle of the night, with this melatonin I do not have that problem.
