I will continue to test it

I haven't been using them for long and for now I don't notice much effect, but I will finish the bottle to see if it really works or not. The flavor is strawberry and I personally love it. Also, since they are chewable they are very easy to take.

Llevo poco tiempo con ellas y por ahora no noto mucho su efecto, pero me acabaré el bote para ver si de verdad funciona o no. El sabor es de fresa y a mi personalmente me encanta. Además, al ser masticables son muy fáciles de tomar.

I expected more difference

The first few nights it is noticeable, but in the long run it does not end up solving the early awakenings of the other type of melatonin. At least for me, otherwise perfect and tastes good too, easy to take.

Las primeras noches sí se nota, pero a la larga no termina por solucionar los despertares anticipados del otro tipo de melatonina. Al menos para mí, por lo demás perfecto y con buen sabor además, fácil de tomar.
