I expected more difference
The first few nights it is noticeable, but in the long run it does not end up solving the early awakenings of the other type of melatonin. At least for me, otherwise perfect and tastes good too, easy to take.

It works fast but for me personally (I usually sleep badly) it doesn't work all night long, I've only taken 3 tablets, the taste is good.
