I take it along with ashwagandha and my nights have changed, now I almost sleep straight through, before I would wake up in the middle of the night and could not get back to sleep, now I do.

Duration of effect

It works fast but for me personally (I usually sleep badly) it doesn't work all night long, I've only taken 3 tablets, the taste is good.
