I have been taking the classic melatonin from hsn for months and although it has a very good effect during the first hours of sleep, it usually happens to me that the last 3 or 4 hours I wake up and it is very difficult for me to go back to sleep because I am a very light sleeper. Before trying this one from hsn I have tried other mixed release melatonins from pharmacies... and after trying this one from hsn I can say that it has been much better than the ones from pharmacies. From waking up at 6 to get up to pee, and at 6:05 to be sleeping like a dormouse again. The best melatonin I have ever tried!

Venía tomando la melatonina clásica de hsn hace meses y si bien me hace muy buen efecto las primeras horas de sueño, me suele pasar que las 3 o 4 ultimas me desvelo y me cuesta mucho volverme dormir porque tengo el sueño muy ligero. Antes de probar esta de hsn he probado otras melatoninas de liberacion mixta de farmacia... y despues de probar esta de hsn puedo decir que me ha ido muchisimo mejor que las de farmacia. De desvelarme a las 6 para levantarme a mear, y a las 6:05 estar durmiendo como lirón otra vez. La mejor melatonina que he probado!
