Con esto si que se duerme bien y no.. no es un somnífero Te tomas un par de estas y por muy estresante que haya sido el día vas a dormir de lujo. 100% efectivas y además muy ricas con el sabor fresa nata.

I love it .its flavor and especially its effect .it acts in half an hour or so...I have tried others and they take longer or the effect is not the same .I recommend it.
