Chewable melatonin with a very good taste. Its effect is noticeable after 30 - 45 minutes of taking it and the truth is that I tried a bottle of 30 and now I'm going for the 120 without thinking about it.

I had already tried melatonin and I like it, but I was looking for one that would allow me to sleep through the night. I have only used it a couple of times but I found it effective. Good presentation and very pleasant taste. Highly recommended.
