Ideal pre-training

Comfortable and rich form to ensure a supply of fast absorption carbohydrates when I do not have much time to have breakfast and do the training afterwards. Rich flavor and variety to avoid monotony.

Unbeatable

I've tried the cinnamon roll and chocolate and peanut flavors. Unbeatable, although expensive is completely worth it. apart from being delicious and extremely fast and easy to prepare, I've been taking them for a couple of weeks to snack before training and I have noticed an improvement in performance that has surprised me. Very good digestion, surprising for what they satiate.

Good option

I like the taste and texture. It's a great option as a pre-workout when I don't have time to eat a plate.

Incredible taste

The chocolate and peanut flavor is very very rich. I had never tried it before and I liked it very much, it dissolves very well and is a bit doughy.

Incredible taste

The taste of custard is incredible, it dissolves perfectly despite being in the texture of cream, very happy with the product.

Good option

Quite pleasant peanut and chocolate flavor. Perhaps better to take it as a dessert with something stronger but any option can be good. Highly recommended.
