Well

I bought the valerian because I used to take liquid melatonin and it ran out. It doesn't do the same effect for me even at 5% because it's obviously not for the same thing and the taste is a bit sour. Maybe I will try it for periods of nervousness.

Compré la valeriana porque solía tomar melatonina líquida y se agotó. No me hace el mismo efecto ni en un 5% porque obviamente no es para lo mismo y el sabor es un poco agrio. Quizás la pruebe para periodos de nervios
