Vegan CLA 800mg - Gelatine-free vegetable softgels
Vegan CLA 800mg (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) by EssentialSeries is the vegan version of our CLA 800mg (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) product, but its glazing agent is no longer animal gelatine, but starch, making it vegan.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a fatty acid that is very characteristic of products derived from ruminants, such as dairy and beef, as it is generated in their intestine. The conjugated bonds of CLA determine its isomerism, with cis-/trans- acids existing with different positions in the conjugated bonds. At HSN, we use the most scientifically studied configuration of CLA: CLA c9,t11.
Vegan CLA by HSN is made from safflower seed oil without genetically modified organisms. An important consideration as many CLAs contain GMOs.
The first vegan CLA in softgels!
Conjugated Linoleic Acid - A highly valued fatty acid
CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is highly prized because when the effects of conjugation of Linoleic Acids (Omega-6) were discovered, researchers became interested in the change in its unique properties.
The intake of CLA acid is at most 1 gram per day, especially in people who consume large quantities of bovine animal products daily. In vegans, however, CLA consumption is practically non-existent, hence the need for a suitable product for them. This is what we at HSN have focused on.
In addition, the most studied and valued type of CLA is that of animal origin, ruminal CLA, which is the mixture of C9 and T11 isomers. Our vegan CLA from safflower oil has been prepared with a predominant composition of this configuration.
The best quality is available at HSN!
Certified natural origin - 80% CLA safflower seed oil
CLA by HSN comes from plant sources, in this case, from the oil naturally present in the seeds of the Carthamus tinctorius plant, a natural and vegan source of CLA.
The concentration of this fatty acid in safflower seeds is high, but not as high as that found in animal sources.
At HSN, we follow safflower oil purification procedures to ensure a high supply of this highly prized fatty acid, CLA, and thus guarantee a minimum supply of 80% of the oil's natural composition.
High concentration per softgel: 800mg Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)
Each vegan softgel provides 800mg of CLA, which is why we recommend the use of 3 vegan softgels per day.
Taking into account that the average intake of the highest CLA consumption group in diets with a high presence of animal-based foods is around 1000mg, 2400mg of CLA ensures a sufficient daily intake.
Enjoy a more convenient form of use thanks to the high intake of this important fatty acid per softgel.
How do we make our vegetable softgels?
The softgels, which are the coatings used to prepare safflower seed oil-containing supplements, are usually prepared with gelatines.
Gelatine is an animal polymer with a very high collagen content, which gives it excellent properties so that it can contain the oils in food supplements without leaking. It is widely used, for example, in non-vegan omega-3 supplements.
The CLA softgels on the market are always of animal origin, which makes them unsuitable for people who follow plant-based diets and do not consume animal derivatives.
Our new high-concentration CLA formula is vegan, made without animal ingredients, and completely suitable for all types of diets.
Formula free of cosmetic additives - Enjoy more natural products with HSN
We use no additives for aesthetic purposes in our softgels, they are completely free of colours and opacifiers.
At HSN you can enjoy food supplements with fewer ingredients and without unnecessary compounds. Our vegan CLA softgels are made exclusively from safflower oil rich in Conjugated Linoleic Acid and only those agents needed to make the softgel
Simpler, but with all the benefits and maximum efficacy that characterise the unsurpassed quality of HSN products.
Combine it with other products in your cutting phase! We recommend:
