Foods rich in Ubiquinol and Ubiquinone

Variable amounts of ubiquinol are found in different types of foods. However, their content is quite low, so the use of a ubiquinol dietary supplement is usually recommended, ideally:

Fatty fish provide a good amount of Coenzyme Q10, especially salmon, tuna, and sardines; beef, chicken, and pork also provide ubiquinol, especially if they were grass-fed; and more specifically, offal is rich in this compound, with heart standing out.

However, considering this, the contribution of a very rich product in this compound, like beef liver, is only 4 mg per 100 g of ubiquinol.
