Very very sour taste. About tastes... there will be those who dislike it, but in my case it is not like that. Like lemon juice without sugar ;-) As for effectiveness, I have noticed that between repetitions there is a better and faster recovery. I guess I'll have to give it time to check if at the end of the training week I don't have that muscle fatigue again.
Sabor muy muy ácido. Sobre gustos... habrá a los que les desagrade, pero en mi caso no es así. Como zumo de limón sin azúcar ;-)
En cuanto a la efectividad, he notado que entre repeticiones hay una mejor y más rápida recuperación.
Supongo que le tendré que dar tiempo para comprobar si al finalizar la semana de entreno no vuelvo a tener esa fatiga muscular.

I feel more energy when training and it's great to feel pumped up at the end. On the downside, because of the packaging, it is difficult to take the last few scoops. The taste is not pleasant, like a typical cold medicine. But still recommended.
Noto más energía a la hora de entrenar y está genial verse hinchado al terminar. Como pega, por el envase, es difícil coger los últimos cazos. El sabor no es agradable, como del típico medicamento de resfriado. Pero igualmente recomendable.
