Essential
This Omega 3 is essential in my daily routine as an athlete. The cheapest and highest quality on the market. Even when it's not on sale.

Omega-3 fish oil 1.000mg
It is a good product
The truth is that it is quite a pill, although I have to say that for being so big it is not so hard to swallow but at least for me it leaves me with the feeling that I have a sore throat after swallowing. I've only tried it for a month but I think it shows some improvement in recovery after exercise.
