A basic
A basic if your fish consumption is not enough. The capsules are very convenient to take. In terms of value for money, it is difficult to find a better option.

A great contribution
I usually use it alternately with omega-3-6-9 and the truth is that it works very well. I have been using supplements for a long time, it is a highly recommended product.

Cash
It is exactly what they promise and what I was looking for, and apart from its effectiveness, I would like to highlight the excellent quality-price ratio of all HSN products.
