Good product
Apparently it does what it's designed to do. It gets a bit soft if you put in the daily medication dividers, but that's not a problem, I'm just worried that it might burst, but that's never happened. Good value for money.

Required
I find it necessary to take it for those of us who eat little fish. I take it together with tryptophan.
Me parece necesario tomarlo para quienes comemos poco pescado. Lo tomo junto al triptófano.

Omega-3 fish oil 1.000mg
High quality
I come from taking other brands of Omega 3, and the truth is that the quality of the capsules is very good, I have been taking them for several years for health issues, recommended by the cardiologist and the truth is that they work 100% because its concentration is higher than average for a very good price.
