Omega-3 fish oil 1.000mg
Good price, good nutritional supplement
It tastes a little strong, but it does its function as a nutritional supplement, it helps our immune system a lot.

Very good
It is not bad value for money, it is also good and does not repeat the fish oil which was my biggest fear.

Since I started taking Omega 3 due to the lack of this nutrient in my diet, I have noticed its effectiveness in improving recovery and energy on a daily basis. I practice CrossFit and I find it an essential nutrient for workout recovery.

Omega-3 fish oil 1.000mg
It is well
Quality-price is great, if it is true that to get to the requirements the intake of 3 doses a day can be somewhat heavy. It is also necessary to be careful with the oxidation and not to take it out of the container until it is taken, and as a tip, keep it in the refrigerator to keep it in better condition.

Essential
Very necessary omega 3 in the diet. In my case I supplement with this product on the days I don't eat fish. Does not leave a bad taste. Good capsule size.
