Not what I expected
I have not noticed anything special, perhaps as in other cases it is necessary to take it for a long time to see any results, but in my case I think I take enough in my diet.

Incredible
I have only been taking this type of product for a week and the omega3 taken at night helps me to rest better. They are the typical capsules that you can find anywhere, easy to digest and good value for money.

Do not spend more
If you are concerned about your diet and can't reach the minimums for little money HSN has a premium product, it doesn't carry the IFOS seal and doesn't need it.

Well
I have only been taking it for a month, so I don't know its effectiveness, but it is easy to take and it doesn't repeat, which was my biggest fear.

Good product
It fulfills its purpose, light fishy flavor. It has not repeated anything. I will buy again. I have only taken twice a day.
Cumple su cometido, ligero sabor a pescado. No me ha repetido nada. Volveré a comprar. Sólo he hecho tomas dos veces al día.
