Placebo or not it looks like a miracle algae that brings us benefits perceptible on the long term, even if HSN say that its production is of high quality spirulina is an algae that plays on many factors to determine its quality, now the price is really interesting and the interest of spirulina products in tablets are not profitable and not enough dosed to have any effectiveness, here we have directly the powder, according to the dosage 2-3gr would be enough at the risk of having too much iron in his body so not so good.... being vegan I think that the 5gr are justified here. We still feel that it gives us a slight boost but it does not act on the mood however. A consumption must be responsible because spirulina is very rich in iron and iodine and an overdose is never good.

Placebo ou pas ça à l'air d'être une algue miracle qui nous apporte des bienfaits perceptible sur le long terme, même si HSN disent que sa production est de haute qualité la spiruline est une algue qui joue sur beaucoup de facteurs pour déterminer sa qualité, maintenant le prix est vraiment intéressant et l'intérêt des produits de spiruline en comprimés ne sont pas rentables et pas assez dosées pour avoir une quelconque efficacité, ici nous avons directement la poudre, selon la posologie 2-3gr suffirais au risque d'avoir trop de fer dans sont organisme donc pas si bon... étant végan je pense que les 5gr sont justifié ici. On sent quand même que cela nous donne un coup de fouet légèrement mais cela n'a pas agi sur l'humeur cependant. Une consommation doit-être responsable car la spiruline est très riche en fer et iode est une surdose n'est jamais bon.
