An incredible seaweed for everything it contains.
What to say about this famous seaweed. I love it. And the color that is achieved in dishes, creams and sauces is very curious. I have even used it to make fun creams for my daughter (saying it was superhero food) or in a tasting of different hummus (one of them being green). Sometimes I combine it with chlorella, or alternate them to get different shades of color. All with the added bonus of the nutritional quality they have. The only thing I find uncomfortable is the presentation in an envelope. You lose everything (and your hands too) when you try to serve yourself. I have transferred all the contents to glass jars that I have at home, and much better.
Qué decir de este alga tan famosa. A mi me encanta. Y el color que se consigue en los platos, cremas y salsas es muy curioso. Yo lo he llegado a usar para hacer cremas divertidas para mi hija (diciendo que era alimento de superhéroe) o en una degustación de diferentes hummus (siendo uno de ellos verde). A veces lo combino con chlorella, o los alterno para conseguir tonalidades de color diferentes. Todo con el añadido de la calidad nutricional que tienen. Lo único que me resulta incómoda es la presentación en sobre. Lo pones todo perdido (y tus manos también) al intentar servirte. Yo he pasado todo el contenido a botes de vidrio que tengo en casa, y mucho mejor.
