Protes

In neutral flavor I like it for pizza dough or savory pies. It dissolves quite well

Excellent vegetable protein

Vegetable protein of very good quality, I took it unflavored and mix it with the chocolate soy or pea and besides a successful flavor, I get that way all the essential requirements for my diet.

Good

Unflavored protein is fine, I use it for cooking by substituting part of the flour in recipes.

Brown rice protein concentrate

If it weren't for the taste

I don't like the taste at all, at least the neutral one, a bitter taste, I don't know how to camouflage it and I can't get used to it. As for the texture, which is more dense and sandy, I don't dislike it, it's fine and the quality is good and it dissolves very well.

Good but you have to know what to buy

You have to know what to buy. It has a very strong flavor but a high protein content. I mix it with the chocolate flavored pea. 3 parts pea to one part rice. If you add too much it spoils flavor and texture, if you don't like the taste add unsweetened cocoa.

Great

I always buy it because it is of vegetable origin. Besides being good, it works very well for me, better than soy. Recommended

Brown rice protein concentrate

Good

It seems to me a good product to mix with other vegetable proteins and thus obtain a complete aminogram. The only problem is the taste, since it tastes horrible, it would be perfect to get a chocolate flavor as good as the chocolate pea protein.
