Good quality rice protein concentrate for cooking and making recipes to increase the protein in meals. To mix with water or vegetable drink would not be the option I would choose.

I bought it to have extra protein in my diet. If it's for that purpose, it's not bad, but I won't buy it again because of the taste. I thought it was going to have a neutral taste, but although it's not bad, it's not good either. I will continue to buy whey which has a more pleasant taste.

Protein powder, which of the vegetable ones is the least fine in texture. However, a single scoop is equivalent to almost 30 grams of complete protein, in this context, I think it is a great product.

When you can not take whey or soy. It dissolves very well. I use it dissolved in vegetable drink, mixed with goat yogurt or to make more protein desserts. Great that it is gluten free, no sweeteners or additives.
