The quality is very good and the price-performance ratio is top. I don't think you can make it much better, but unfortunately drinking it straight is not really an option. It has a very strong taste of its own and is only for people who don't care. However, I think it's good to use in recipes because of its digestibility.

Die Qualität ist sehr gut, Preis Leistung auch top. Ich glaube auch kaum, dass man es großartig besser machen kann, aber das pur zu trinken, geht leider nicht wirklich. Es hat einen sehr starken Eigengeschmack und ist nur was für Leute, denen das egal ist. Ich denke in Rezepten ist das jedoch gut zu verwenden aufgrund der Verdaulichkeit.

If you have problems with gluten I recommend it, but it has a very earthy taste, perhaps not suitable for everything, it does not usually dissolve completely in water. Still a good aminogram, I recommend trying it and let everyone try, it may surprise.

Si tienes problemas con el gluten la recomiendo, pero tiene un sabor muy terrenal, quizás no apto para todo, no suele disolverse del todo en agua. Aún un aminograma bueno, recomiendo probarla y que cada uno pruebe, puede sorprender.
