Good product

The product is very good and seems effective but I stopped taking it after a month because, although I know it is better to calculate the personal dose, as it is in powder form I can't find a way to have it at hand and dissolve it and it is very difficult for me to take the daily dose to be really effective. I am going to try capsules that suit my weight and I think I will manage to integrate it into my daily routine.

El producto está muy bien y parece efectivo pero he dejado de tomarlo al mes porque, aunque sé que es mejor para calcular la dosis personal, al ser en polvo no encuentro la forma de tenerlo a mano y en que disolverlo y me cuesta mucho tomar la dosis diaria para que sea realmente efectivo. Voy a probar con capsulas que se adapten a mi peso y creo que conseguiré integrarlos en mi rutina diaria.
