The effectiveness I can't comment much because I haven't been taking it for a while and I still have to wait a while to notice the results. It is one of the most recommended for me from what I have researched so far, everything seems very natural and very well cared for. The price does not seem excessive in any way, but the bag in which it comes does break quite easily, all and all very well.
