It is difficult to say if it works 100% I guess but it feels good to me and the price is great being of good quality. The taste is totally neutral but it doesn't dissolve at all.

It is a great supplement. In the short term you may not notice the effects, but once you've been taking creatine for weeks or months you'll see better recovery, less fatigue, greater strength, etc. The only downside is that it does not dissolve completely, but it is still the best value for money. A must.
