These are the proteins I currently use. Previously I was taking EVOLATE, which are also very good, in fact, depending on the availability of flavors, sometimes I switch between one and the other. Son las proteínas que uso actualmente. Anteriormente tomaba las EVOLATE, que también son muy buenas, de hecho, dependiendo de la disponibilidad de sabores, algunas veces cambio entre una y otra. I have tried the lemon white chocolate, berries and cookie flavor and they are very good with milk, not at all thick and very successful. I've also tried the apple cinnamon and I didn't like this one.

One of the best protein shakes I've tried so far. I really liked the chocolate hazelnut one in particular, and, surprisingly, I'm usually very intolerant to protein shakes, and these don't bother me at all! Highly recommended.

It is very good
I can't give an opinion on the quality, because I don't have a lab at home, nor do I have a pro level to see if it makes a difference, nor do I eat so well that it is relevant to me that they are a little cleaner or that the percentage of prot is a little higher or lower. What I do know is that they feel good, zero stomach discomfort and that they taste like a delicacy of Gods. In general the classic flavors are the ones that motivate me the most. Vanilla is top.
De la calidad no puedo opinar, porque ni tengo laboratorio en casa, ni tengo un nivel pro para ver si marca la diferencia ni tampoco como tan bien como para que me sea relevante que sean un poco mas limpias o ese porcentaje de protes esté un poco mas arriba o abajo. Lo que si se es que me sientan bien, cero molestias en el estomago y que me saben a manjar de Dioses. En general los sabores clásicos son los que mas me motivan. Vainilla es top.
