For me it's the only one I can use; I'm lactose intolerant and gluten doesn't sit well with me, and this protein doesn't give me any side effects. The only thing I regret and that makes me mad is that it's the only one I can use and it's not by choice, and since it came back they changed the price and it doesn't have discounts anymore, although the other proteins do, and I don't like that, but I'll keep buying it.
