100% recommended
I am lactose intolerant, most proteins are bad for me, but these are super light and they work great for me. The flavor I like the most is the chocolate and cookie. Although I've tried a few and they're all pretty good.

Great taste
The taste is incredible, so far I've tried 3, white chocolate and strawberry, watermelon and strawberry alone, all great and perfectly dissolvable. I prepare it at home before training and I take it after training, it keeps the quality perfectly. The downside is the usual, the packaging is not the best and 50% of the bag is air.

It is time to test it
It is time to test if it is effective, as I have a lactose intolerance I had to choose this product. It dissolves well forming few lumps, for now the only downside I put is that the packaging is huge.

The iced coffee flavor is brutal and the white chocolate! It dilutes super fast and is a marvel.

Taste of tidbit
Very tasty, I take it with water and its flavor resembles the melon chuche of all life although for my taste I would remove the yogurt flavor and it would be even richer but fortunately it does not appreciate much.
