I have been buying this protein for quite some time, and I can't say whether or not it is very effective, or the price is really right. However, I can say that, the white chocolate and lemon flavor, was working well for me, as it is not that I find it good, but highly tolerable. Since they are almost all out of stock, I chose the chocolate and cookies, and it has quite an appetizing smell, but I don't like the taste.

I have tried many brands, and this is the first time I have found a milk protein that does not bother me because of my lactose intolerance. Plus the iced coffee flavor is amazing if you like coffee.
