Preparation
I have been taking this protein for 3 months now. At first I made it as a shake, 40gr. and I had to add a lot of water because it thickens a lot, and filled my stomach, so I felt so satiated and as is, without adding anything, just water, and the taste was good, slightly milky but not unpleasant. After a while I decided to prepare it in mousse, I add to those 40gr half a bowl of chocolate or vanilla soy milk, without sugar, I give it a touch of blender and put it in the fridge. After two hours after it has coagulated well, I drink it and it is delicious and it does not fill me as much as before and the product is not heavy, with good digestion, so I am very happy with the product and the result of the mousse.
Llevo ya 3 meses tomando está proteína. Al principio me la hacía en batido, 40gr. y tenía que añadir mucha agua porque espesa mucho, y me llenaba el estómago, por eso me sentía tan saciado y tal cual, sin añadir nada, solo con agua, y el sabor bueno, ligeramente a leche pero no era desagradable. Después de un tiempo decidí prepararla en mousse, le añado a esos 40gr medio tazón de leche de soja de chocolate o vainilla, sin azúcar, le doy un toque de batidora y lo meto a la nevera. Al cabo de dos hora que haya coagulado bien, me lo tomo y está buenísimo y no me llena tanto como antes y el producto no se hace pesado, con buena digestión, así que muy contento con el producto y el resultado de la mousse.

Brutal results
I bought the unflavored casein because of the excellent nutritional values it has. The taste is not that good, so I mix 30 grams of casein with about 5-10 grams of some flavored protein, and I take it before bedtime. The results are brutal, because of the large amount of protein it provides (27 grams of protein in each 30-gram scoop). I highly recommend it for long periods of time when you are not going to eat.

El sabor no es que esté rico, por eso mezclo 30 gr de caseína con unos 5-10 gr de proteína de algún sabor, y me la tomo antes de dormir.
