Effective protein
It is better than whey protein to consume it at the last dinner if the next morning you are going to exercise on an empty stomach. I usually mix 20% whey and 80% casein (similar percentages to milk) and thus avoid fat and lactose. It's like making your own lactose-free skim milk but much more concentrated in protein.
Es mejor que la proteína de suero para consumirla en la última cena si a la mañana siguiente se va a hacer ejercicio en ayunas. Yo suelo mezclar un 20% de suero y un 80% de caseína (porcentajes similares a los de la leche) y así evito la grasa y la lactosa. Es como hacerte tu propia leche desnatada sin lactosa pero mucho más concentrada en proteína.
