What can I say, it's great. I use it for relaxing, training, sleeping, etc. Several uses in one product. In my case I have to take it with Leucine, in case this information can be useful to anyone. The change of using it with Leucine is great compared to taking Arginine alone. I have bought it in several places, but HSN's is more effective.
